Yesterday we traveled to Landcaster California. It was a beautiful blue sky 70F fall weather and we got there a little before church service. Gordon was invited to present at the afternoon Bible Workers training but we decided go early enough to also be there for church.

The pastor Joe Cirigliano doing the Bible Workers Boot Camp training. He is very good and energetic.

Gordon doing his presentation at the Bible workers Training meetings about a web project he is working on. He had great feedback from the people presents there.

Gordon had fun catching up with his
boss back when he workded many summers
at Leani Medows (Northern California Conference camp). He worked at Leani Madows during his high schools days

After the meetings for the day were over we took a little ride
at around the city and visited the musical street. As your
drive there is a song that the road plays for you. Play the video
above and listen very careful and see if you can hear the song.

New Visitors to Our Backyard Garden

This year we have had new new visitors to our backyard garden.

They are always this bright orange-red you see in the pictures.

We like them better that the butterflies that visited our garden in previous years because they are not laying eggs. We loved the colorful butterflies, but anytime they visited weeks later we had an infestation of caterpillars eating our plants leaves and keeling them slowly. It was a work of a few weeks of watching our garden carefully to get the caterpillars of the garden.

This visitors are welcome as long as our garden grows nice and healthy
