Our Vegetable Garden

We have been working in our back yard the last few weekends. We started a vegetable garden. This Memorial Day weekend did not do as much as we wanted because Gordon had to work in a TAGnet project with India. But he was done by noon Monday so we had the afternoon to go to Lowe's and purchase some of the material we need to set up an irrigation system for the back yard. This way we can go on vacation and our garden still be wittered every day.

We have also been bringing rocks for our back yard. The place in Fallbrook where Gordon has gotten a good deal is not open on Sundays and closes at 4:00p.m. very weed day. Since Gordon works later than that Monday-Thursday, he can go only on Friday because he works until 3:00 p.m. on Fridays. He is using his car to bring the rocks over and his car can only take so much. So far he had made four Friday rock trips. We think we might need one more trip to cover the areas we want.
